Smoothe Cancellation PolicyWe love all of our clients but we want to remind you, it’s not cool to be a no show… or to be late for your appointment. At Smoothe, we do our best to see as many of you as possible and to make sure you are seen on time. We know you are busy. Our aestheticians want to get you in and get you out so you have plenty of time to get back to your jobs, family, friends, and life with lifted lashes, Smoothe skin, gorgeous brows, white teeth, healthy skin, and everything in between. When you are five minutes late to your appointment, it causes a ripple that affects our start and end times the rest of the day.

We understand that things come up and sometimes you need to change your appointment. This is why we allow you to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance with no charge. When you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, we are able to pull someone off the waitlist to fill your appointment. Our waitlist is constantly growing and if you have been on it before, you know how awesome it is to get the text or email that you can be seen the next day. If you can’t make your appointment, make someone else’s day by allowing us to be able to see them.

Our Policy

Clients who cancel with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged for their appointment. Clients who cancel their appointment 12 hours prior to their appointment time will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. Clients who cancel with less than 12 hours notice or do not show up for the appointment will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. Clients who show up more than five minutes late will be asked to reschedule and will be responsible for 100% of the services scheduled for their missed appointment.
