
Before you book an appointment at Smoothe, please review our policies.
Clients who cancel, reschedule, or change their appointment with more than 24 hours notice will NOT be charged for their appointment. Clients who cancel, reschedule, or change their appointment with less than 24 hours notice or no show for the appointment WILL BE charged 100% of the services scheduled. Clients who show up more than five minutes late WILL BE asked to reschedule and will be responsible for 100% of the services scheduled for their missed appointment. The card that is left on file is to hold your appointment, and will only be charged in the event of a no show or late cancellation.
All clients will be required to fill out an intake form prior to any services being performed. Please also notify Smoothe in the event you start using new products or of any medical changes prior to services.
**An allergic reaction can occur with any of our treatments. Smoothe LLC cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that may stem from any of our treatments. Please let us know if you have any questions about our policies.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
